What does Dominium cost a landlord?

Nothing upfront. A fee is taken from each rent payment, and the calculator above shows what you'd keep. The fee never goes below Ksh 100 or above Ksh 2,500 per unit, and larger portfolios get volume discounts.

When does the landlord get the money?

Rent paid by M-Pesa reaches the landlord's M-Pesa the same day.

How do I find a home?

Search by area and size at the top of the page, or open the map. Every listing is a unit that is vacant right now, and you can contact the landlord from its page.

How can I see where my money went?

Every transaction is logged, with what was deducted and why. Reconciliation reports show every shilling that moved.
